I am proud to say that I have known and previously worked with Peter DiDomenica, Quantum's President for over a decade. We first met when my primary Transportation Security Administration (TSA) operation at TF Green Airport (PVD) in Rhode Island was selected to become one of three airports in the nation to pilot the behavioral recognition program then in use by the Massachusetts State Police at Boston's Logan Airport. The Screening of Passengers by Observation Techniques (SPOT) program evolved and with Peter's hard work, the program was tailor-made to meet the specific needs and standards of the TSA at that time. SPOT has since become a cornerstone of TSA's multi-layered aviation security operational approach throughout the nation as well as at our intermodal transportation facilities. 

It goes without saying that Peter's outstanding commitment as a dedicated and highly motivated working partner have gone a long way in bolstering the safety and security needs of the flying public. His efforts in the aviation security arena have also helped to protect those who use the various modes of transportation in our country through TSA's Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR) program, a program that links the agency with various municipal, state and federal agencies to randomly provide additional layers of security at our aviation and non-aviation transportation hubs.
